Accepted cards are those that appear as an option in the online ordering system. In the order form you must fill in the required details of your credit card, which you are the beneficiary of, for which you are solely responsible for their correct recording and truth. The use of a third party credit card is not permitted. The charge will be made upon prior inspection of this validity, certification of the data and availability of balance, in order to cover the value of your order. If the transaction is rejected by the relevant Bank or the relevant network, then the purchase is not made. The Company does not bear any responsibility in case of illegal use of credit cards.

In case it is not possible to complete your order due to unsuccessful payment of your credit card by the bank, you can contact the customer service department to launch your order in a different payment method.

Order cancellation policy:

You can cancel your order by phone at +30 2310 420 125 or by email at info@chimikodomiki.gr within 24 hours from the time of shipment. The customer reserves the right to withdraw and cancel the order until the shipment process begins. In case that the shipping process has started, the customer can return the product to our company CHIMIKODOMIKI S.A., at the address 220 Vasilissis Olgas Ave., PC 55133 - Greece. The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the company by canceling the order. Please contact us before returning any product.
