CARVER EXTEROL 040 SPRAY - IMPREGNATION OIL FOR EXTERNAL USE 

CARVER's EXTEROL 040 SPRAY impregnating oil is based on vegetable oils and urethane resins. It is indicated for the treatment of raw wood and the restoration of oil-treated wood surfaces for outdoor use. Thanks to the practical packaging, it is particularly suitable for DIY. The product is suitable for both professional and private use.

Yield: Average yield per spray can 2.0 - 6.0 m2.

Soaking time: 10 - 15 minutes

Preparation: Oiling on raw wood: prepare the surface by sanding to approximately a #150-180 final grit, then carefully remove any dust produced. Restoration of worn areas: sand as above or clean the surface to be restored with DETEROL Wood Soap.

Application: Spray EXTEROL 040 SPRAY keeping a distance of about 15/20 cm, wait 10-15 minutes and then smooth and distribute the product by wiping the surface with a dry cloth to allow perfect absorption by the wood and avoid accumulations . Wait 24 hours before applying any second coat and 7-10 days for complete drying.

Warnings:
- Shake well before use.
- Acclimatize and apply the product at a temperature not lower than + 15 ° C.
- After use, cloths impregnated with the product must be immersed in water before being thrown away to avoid self-ignition phenomena.
· Build-up on the surface of the product that is not absorbed by the wood can cause problems such as slow drying and the formation of unsightly shiny and rubbery areas.
· Caution! The amount of product to be applied and drying times are related to the type of wood being treated. The greater its absorption capacity, the greater the amount absorbed and the faster the drying.
