Preparation: The wood surface to be treated must be clean, dry and free of wax and grease. Sand untreated wood with 180 grit and remove dust thoroughly. Sand surfaces to be renovated with 240 grit and remove dust from sanding. The finer the wood is sanded, the finer and glossier the surface will be. It is recommended to try first on a test area.
Processing: (Surface temperature > 15 °C, residual moisture 8 – 12 %)
Shake well before use. Apply using a soft brush in the direction of the wood grain, uniformly and not too saturated. After 20 – 30 minutes of drying use a clean cotton cloth to remove all residue of any oil that has not penetrated the wood. With good ventilation allow the surface to dry for 10 – 12 hours and after sanding smooth with a 240 / 280 grit and repeat the application with wood oil until the surface absorbs no more oil. Only apply one coat per day.
