NELF VARNISH FOR WOODEN BOATS, FRAMES, FORKS, PANELING -HYDRANT JACHTLAK
NELF - HYDRANT JACHTLAK is a durable clear yacht varnish for fresh and salt water.
Hydrant Yacht Lacquer is an air-drying clear varnish that has been specially developed for the clear finish of almost any type of wood.
Due to the specific composition of the polyurethane-reinforced alkyd resin combination, a high mechanical load capacity is combined with very easy processing and excellent flow.
HYDRANT JACHTLAK has a convex high gloss with a good filling. Hydrant Yacht Varnish is very suitable for use above the waterline in both fresh and salt water.
Due to the good mechanical load-bearing capacity, it is also possible to use it in places where people walk, such as a gangway or upper deck.
Processing: Hydrant Yacht Varnish is excellent to apply with a well-filled flat varnish brush. Preferably use a flat brush with long and supple boar bristles with a good blaze and setting. Rolling is best with a roller with a nylon coat with short pile (4-6mm) or a lacquer felt roller.
Application: Dilute HYDRANT JACHTLAK Varnish well with 0-5% whitespirit.
On a thoroughly cleaned surface, free from dust, dirt, grease and moisture, apply a thin layer of varnish and leave it for 24 hours to dry.
For external surfaces 3 hands are necessary.
We preferably use a brush.
If the surface is coated with old varnish to remove them use corrosive NELF-WENFEX.
Yield: One liter is enough to cover an area of 15 sqm. Stir well before use.
Tips: Do not paint in direct sunlight. Apply in a dry and well-ventilated environment. Avoid extremely wet conditions, above 85% relative humidity. Do not use at temperatures below 5 ° C. Do not apply late during the day, condensation at night can cause blindness (bleaching).
