Dilution: ready to use
Odour: low odour, like beeswax
Shade: colorless
Storage: Store dry and cool. Protect from frost. Shelf life in the originally sealed container at least 5 years. Close opened containers tightly after removal.

Water hazard class: WGK 2 (hazardous to water)
Preparation: The wood surface to be treated must be clean, dry and free of oil and grease. Sand the surface to be renovated with 240 grit and thoroughly remove sanding dust. Creating a test area is recommended.
Processing: (Object temperature > 15 °C, wood moisture content 8-12%)
Wax, workpiece and ambient temperatures must not be below 15 °C during the processing and drying time. Shake antique wax well before use. Apply evenly and not too thickly with a brush or pad. The wax layer should be as thin as possible to prevent the surfaces from sticking later. Allow to dry for approx. 6-8 hours with good ventilation and repeat the application. A double application results in a fuller wax film.
Yield: 1 liter is sufficient for approx. 8 m² per coat.
Drying: (at 20 °C and 50 % relative humidity)
The paint can be recoated after 6-8 hours. At high temperatures and low humidity, the drying time is reduced.

Processing: (Surface temperature > 15 °C, residual moisture 8 – 12 %) Wax, workpiece and ambient temperature should not be below 15 °C during the working and drying time. Shake antique wax well before use. Apply uniformly and not too saturated with brush or dabber. The wax coat should be
as thin as possible to prevent sticking on the surfaces later. With good ventilation dry for approx. 6 – 8 hours and repeat the application. A second application produces a more full-bodied wax film. After drying, polish the surface with a CLOU wax polishing brush until a silky lustre is produced.
Cleaning the work equipment: Clean the used brushes thoroughly with CLOU Universal Colour-Solver or CLOU EV-Thinner immediately after use. Properly dispose of any residues from cleaning.
