ZIJDEGLANS - WOOD & METAL WHITE LACQUER - KOOPMANS VERF (AVAILABLE ON REQUEST ALL THE COLORS OF RAL SYSTEM)

Properties: KOOPMANS VERF ZIJDEGLANS is a white waterproof lacquer thinner base, with satin texture, for all types of wood and metal surfaces, for pre-treated wood finishing, MDF for outdoor and indoor use. Suitable for doors, windows, wooden stairs, wooden constructions, forks, railings etc. Also suitable for concrete, cement, stone, metal and PVC plastic surfaces. It gives a homogeneous and glossy surface, it is waterproof with great elasticity that gives it excellent durability for this and it does not peel like ordinary oil paints, because it has great elasticity and does not turn yellow from the sun.

Application: KOOPMANS VERF ZIJDEGLANS lacquer is applied to raw or varnished wood after sanding well with sandpaper.

Processing: Brush / roller

It is recommended that ZIJDEGLANS lacquer be diluted with 0 - 5% whitespirit (with a cup of coffee). For external use the 3 hands are necessary. Each hand should be passed after 24 hours, preceded by sanding (220 grit sandpaper). Preferably use a brush.

Yield: One (1) liter is enough to cover an area of 11-13 m². If the surface is coated with old varnish or oil paints, use corrosive NELF – WENFEX to remove them.

Processing temperature: During application and drying, the substrates should be at an ambient temperature above 5°C and the relative humidity below 85%.

Shelf life: In closed original packaging and in frost-free storage for at least 12 months.

Colors: a) KOOPMANS VERF ZIJDEGLANS lacquer is available in white color and is ready to be delivered, b) in addition the ZIJDEGLANS lacquer is available, upon request, in all colors of the RAL System. 

Caution! It is a flammable material. Attention to children.
